Linnia
How it works

One message in Claude. LinkedIn work done inside your rules.

Linnia sits between your reps' AI assistant and LinkedIn. Ask in plain words, review the plan, approve, and Linnia paces the work like a careful human would.

  1. Connect each rep's LinkedIn

Secure sign-in, health check, warm-up plan.

The rep signs in through a secure hosted page. Linnia never sees their password. We check the account, count pending invitations, and start a warm-up if the account is new to automation.

Example. Emma connects in about two minutes. Her account is marked healthy with 7 of 25 connection requests left today.

  2. Add Linnia to Claude (or ChatGPT)

One company connector. Reps keep their usual chat.

Your admin adds Linnia once for the company. Reps sign in with work SSO. From then on, the assistant they already use can ask Linnia to act on LinkedIn.

Example. In Claude: “Handle my LinkedIn this morning.” Linnia is just another tool in the conversation.

  3. Ask in plain words

Replies, follow-ups, warm intros, CRM logging.

Reps type what they would do by hand. Linnia turns that into a plan: who to contact, what to say, what to skip, and what to log.

Example. “Who do we know at Northwind?” → Raj knows Jana. Intro draft ready.

  4. Rules check before anything moves

    Territories, do-not-contact, spam, brand voice.

Before a draft is shown, Linnia drops people who are off limits: other reps' accounts, customers, recent contacts, DNC. It flags notes that look like spam or repeat the same line.

Example. 6 of 20 webinar attendees skipped. 14 notes drafted, each mentioning their Q&A question.

  5. Approve, then Linnia paces it

Human sign-off. One action at a time.

The rep or their manager reviews and edits. Approved actions go out one at a time, inside working hours, under daily and weekly budgets that also count what the rep does by hand.

Example. 17 drafts waiting. Nothing sends until Emma hits approve.

  6. Everything lands in the CRM

Who asked, who approved, what went out.

Acceptances, messages and connection requests are logged on the right contact. Every action keeps an audit trail you can export.

Example. 23 activities on 19 Salesforce contacts. Account health stays green.

What a rep sees

The plan comes back in the same conversation: who was skipped and why, what's drafted, and how many actions the account has left today. Nothing goes out until it's approved.
